YOUR ROLE

Responsible for monitoring and callouts for PBPP auto incidents Daily Health checks and PMP4 auto incident resolution for Server DBA Network Storage Backup technologies in a P4x7 Data Centre Operations setup.

YOUR TASKS

  • You will be part of a team of 15 analysts, handling the customer’s requests (via mail, telephone, tickets) and translating them into the ticketing system (creation of incidents / requests).
  • You will manage the follow-up of cases and ensure the update of documentation.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Very good verbal and written French language
  • English at a communicative level
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in IT
  • Dispatching of tickets
  • Providing training for new joiners
