Your responsibilities Continuously monitor IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, databases, storage, backup systems) using monitoring tools. Perform daily health checks and analyze results for anomalies. Respond to alerts and system alarms promptly. Execute first-level troubleshooting and resolution for auto-generated incidents (Server, Database, Storage, Network). Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams following SOPs. Follow documented procedures and operational guidelines strictly. Ensure compliance with ITIL and internal standards. Prepare and send daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware/software issues. Work in rotating shifts to provide 24/7 support coverage. Our requirements Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Centreon) Very good verbal and written French language English at a communicative level Knowledge of networking fundamentals and IT infrastructure components. Ability to identify issues from logs and monitoring dashboards. Strong verbal and written communication for effective collaboration. Ability to follow SOPs and maintain documentation accurately. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Team player with readiness to learn and adapt. Initiative-taking and customer-oriented mindset. Optional Experience with scheduling tools (TWS/IWS), z/OS/MVS, or cloud monitoring. Certifications like ITIL Foundation or CompTIA Network.
