Your responsibilities

  • Second and third line systems, middleware and application support
  • Working on tickets, including scheduled actions and ad hoc interventions (incidents, changes, patches, problems, requests)
  • Implementing improvements, cooperation with other team

Our requirements

YOUR PROFILE

•Good verbal and written French language

•La Niaque! Enthusiastic, hardworking, confident with a "can do" attitude.

•Hands on experience with Middleware technologies (Apache, Tomcat, Websphere, Jboss...)

•Good knowledge of Unix/Linux & Windows OS and experience with a batch and scheduling tools like V-Tom, Control-M

Windows:

•Windows Server administration Experience for virtual (VmWare) and physiacal (HP) servers

•Routine maintenance and security patching (WSUS)

•Knowledge of Active Directory

•Analyze event logs and troubleshoot for issues, performance tuning for health monitoring of environment

•Automation experience (PowerShell Scripting)

AIX / LINUX:

•Experience in working in a similar position - practical knowledge of issues related to the installation and administration of Linux / AIX systems.

•Bash scripting

•Good knowledge of LVM - adding, disks management, creating and managing file systems, (reduce, extend, create, delete an FS, VG, PV, LV), NAS.

•Resolving common system incidents like file systems, services etc.

•Resolving VM performance issues - CPU, Memory, SWAP.

Optional

  • Basic knowledge of databases and networks
