Scrums. Well start every day with a scrum, working together to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate priorities.
Collaboration and Communication. Youll be the point person for developers and operations when they need to find a solution quickly. Youll listen to their needs, find a solution and share it. Youre comfortable presenting to leadership everything from system designs to new ideas for technology to production incidents.
Code Review. Working in two-week sprints, youll ensure that code runs through automation scripts with no errors and can automate scale for demand Support. Installation, configuration and administration of various Payroll ,HR, Social Security applications
CI/CD. Youll be part of the team that designs and implements automation to our existing CI/CD tools to help usable products get to market faster through accurate automation.
Variety of work. There is no typical day. You will support applications, checking if something is not working and writing the code it takes to fix it. You must be nimble, adaptable, and flexible.
Change. Youre comfortable working on products with old and new technologies. Inevitable challenges will arise, and well rely on you to look for a solution. Fail fast, fail safely.
requirements-expected :
A strong technical background to be able to effectively provide technical support
Effective communication skills to be able to productively participate in discussion, understand customer’s requirements and clearly articulate yourself when presenting solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
A willingness to learn and continuously improve by working with new tools and technologies.
CI/CD Platforms – GitLab (preferred), GitHub Actions, Jenkins etc.
Any one major cloud - AWS(preferred), GCP, Azure
Familiarity with modern tooling – e.g. Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Scripting Languages – e.g., Bash, Python or PowerShell
Experience in Windows Server administration 2016-2022
