About the project

We are looking for a hands-on Administrator to manage our customer identity platform. You will be responsible for the daily operation of Azure AD B2C, ensuring users can sign in reliably, managing system logs, and maintaining cross-tenant governance.

Your responsibilities

  • Monitor infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot performance issues of the B2C tenant
  • Maintenance of knowledge database

Our requirements

  • Azure AD B2C Fundamentals: Good understanding of the B2C concept, including how it differs from standard Entra ID (Azure AD), and experience managing User Flows and Application Registrations.
  • Identity Experience Framework (IEF): Familiarity with B2C Custom Policies.
  • KQL & Data Analysis: Working knowledge of Kusto Query Language (KQL). You must be able to write basic queries to search for specific user events or errors.
  • Monitoring Setup: Experience using Log Analytics Workspaces to store logs and Azure Monitor to view system health and activity.
  • Multi-Tenant Awareness: Understanding of Azure Lighthouse for managing B2C resources across different subscriptions or environments
  • Security Best Practices: Deep understanding of Conditional Access, MFA, and API connector security.
