• Problem diagnostics, troubleshooting and fault resolution
• Reporting and resolving system failures/problems
• Handling department projects and task management

• CV in English and Polish
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT field
• Knowledge of IT processes
• Experience with project management
• Ability to handle all communication in English
• Communication skills, ability to learn quickly
• People-oriented approach
• Category B driving license
• Knowledge of Cisco, VMWare, Win Server is an advantage
