IAM Engineer / Identity and Access Management Specialist
Contract type: B2B
Work model: Hybrid – 6 days per month from the office in Kraków (preferred) or Warsaw
About the role
We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to join our Information Security team.
This role focuses on managing and developing tools, processes, and integrations related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) — ensuring that every employee and system has the right access to the right resources at the right time, and that those accesses are properly reviewed, changed, and removed when no longer needed.
The IAM team provides end-to-end lifecycle management of digital identities and access, covering Identity Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), API Security, and Access Control.

Must have:
- 3+ years of enterprise software development experience
- Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL, Angular
- Experience configuring connectors for Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, Web services/REST
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud technologies
- Experience integrating with ITSM tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Nice to have:
- Experience in security software or internal IT audit
- Experience automating deployments and integrations with CI/CD tools
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
