The goal of the project is to develop an operational model for the unit responsible for managing the entire documentation and governance framework. The role focuses on architecture from a governance and advisory perspective — helping to design and implement the overall operational and security maturity model for the organization.

Short-term project (3 months)

Remote work (Poland) or hybrid from Wrocław - you choose!

• Provide expert guidance, strategic support, and help define a roadmap for enhancing security capabilities across a large and complex application landscape (20–30K applications globally).
• Provide strategic and architectural guidance on security governance and maturity frameworks.
• Identify capability gaps and define a roadmap for security improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to defining operating and governance models for application security.
• Advise on best practices for secure development, vulnerability management, and secure coding processes.
