We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Information Compliance Specialist to make a real impact for our Legal, Compliance & Risk team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE), with strong experience supporting the company’s international compliance efforts related to Data Privacy & AI Compliance. This position supports the operation of our Global Information Compliance Management System and works closely with the Group Data Protection Officer. It provides direct support to our business and internal functions on data privacy & AI matters, including contract reviews and client assessments. Prior experience in an internal legal or compliance role or an international consulting organization is highly desirable. How You Will Create An Impact

  • Information Compliance Advisory: Cooperating with multi‑level internal stakeholders and business partners across the organization to ensure proper information compliance assessments execution.
  • Privacy Contracting: Review and negotiate international privacy contracts with external business partners in close collaboration with internal business stakeholders.
  • Client Assessments: Support business stakeholders in responding to client assessments, ensuring quick and smooth onboarding on the client side.
  • Information Compliance Management: Provide support for the operation of our Information Compliance Management System based on OneTrust, ensuring it aligns with global processes and assessments run smoothly.
  • Training & Development: Reviewing internal policies, standards, procedures, and other documentation applicable to area of data protection; Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees.

Your Profile

  • University degree with proven experience in Law, Data Protection or Information Technology, or demonstrable similar relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience within a legal, compliance or audit role.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in German or another EU language is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with OneTrust will be a significant advantage.
