Responsibilities
- Discovering new influencers, affiliate partners, and brand ambassadors to collaborate with
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with creators and partners
- Reviewing and evaluating influencer content and performance
- Planning and coordinating product promotions
- Tracking campaign performance and looking for ways to improve
- Supporting creative campaign ideas and influencer strategies
- Helping to organize events and brand activations
About You
- You’re a people person – a great communicator and active listener
- Polish C1-C2 and English at B2-C1 level
- You love social media and keep up with influencer trends
- You’re organized, adaptable, and not scared of a spreadsheet or some admin work
- You’re creative, full of ideas, and love contributing to a team
- You’re eager to learn, detail-oriented, and follow through on tasks
