Metapic

Metapic is our proprietary marketing tool dedicated to working with influencers. It enables recording measurable effects of campaigns for online stores and optimizing them. Metapic operates in many European markets, with the CEE region managed from our Polish office.

Role overview

• Managing Metapics growth in Slovakia.
• Building a network of influencers.
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns while acquiring new clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Researching and recruiting influencers for e-commerce campaigns.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers.
• Designing marketing campaign strategies, including defining goals, budgets, and communication channels.
• Managing and coordinating campaigns: ensuring timelines, monitoring budgets, analyzing results, and optimizing to achieve KPIs.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhancing processes to increase revenue and profitability.
• Expanding the influencer portfolio: identifying and engaging new influencers, analyzing performance across micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.
• Deep understanding of the local market: cultural preferences, trends, and competitor analysis.
• Contributing to the improvement of the Metapic platform based on user feedback.
• Preparing reports and making recommendations to enhance campaign performance.

Your profile

• Fluent Slovak speaker (native level).
• Strong command of the English language.
• Higher education (bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a master’s degree).
• Minimum 2 years of office work experience.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and influencers in Slovakia.
• General understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
• Optimistic, proactive, and relationship-oriented.
• Independent and creative thinker.
