Inernational Employer Branding Specialist

Your responsibilities

• At bonprix, you will support the development and implementation of international employer branding strategies, content production and international projects to strengthen and position our employer brand.
• You will support the internationalisation of the European career website, including service provider management, reporting and communication.
• You will also contribute to content production in the integrated set-up and manage this for the social presences of the countries.
• You will also be responsible for designing, managing and measuring the success of target group campaigns.
• Together with your Employer Branding colleague located in Hamburg, you will be responsible for the internationalisation of the bonprix Employer Branding, including the development of a strategy and local adaptations for our locations in France, Italy, Poland and Germany in all touchpoints.
• You will work in an international set-up together with colleagues from Employer Branding and Corporate Communications. Your team colleagues are located both in Lodz site and the headquarters in Hamburg, with whom you will work together to drive international Employer Branding topics forward.
• With your creative ideas and impulses, you can standardise our Employer Branding on an international level and take it to a new level.

Our requirements

• You have a degree in communication sciences or a comparable qualification.
• You have already gained experience in Employer Branding in an international context.
• Your skills in content production (video and photo editing, as well as copywriting) and your know-how in performance marketing set you apart.
• The working language in your job will be English, so it is essential that you are business fluent in English.
• A good knowledge of German is desirable.
• Also you have already gained experience in project management.
• You are a creative with analytical, conceptual skills and an international mindset.
