Industry X – Digital Assets Management Analyst/Consultant

Role Overview

As an Analyst or Consultant in the Industry X / Intelligent Asset Management Team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of digital asset management for our clients across various industrial segments. Your work will be dynamic, collaborative, and will typically involve a combination of strategy development, analytics, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and evolution of Digital Asset Management capabilities by developing the in‑house roadmap focused on streamlining operations, optimizing workflows, permissions, and maintaining best practice asset management.
• Implement analytics for Asset Performance Management to help clients create value from predictive and prescriptive maintenance.
• Lead Asset Investment Planning projects, including policy design for maintenance, repair and replacement.
• Conduct project management activities such as tracking project budget, deliverables, and resources; managing vendor relationships; mitigating risks; and handling change requests.
• Support change management by reviewing existing processes, defining future state processes, developing training material, and delivering training sessions to business users.

Required Qualifications

• Industry experience with an engineering background – at least 3+ years in CG&S, Chemicals, Life Sciences, Energy, or Utilities.
• Practical experience in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), process data integration or connected assets, including cloud solutions, data analytics, automation, and control.
• Experience in Maintenance Reliability related to Asset Performance Management, predictive data analytics, and strategy.
• Familiarity with digital asset management software systems such as SAP EAM/PM/MM, Maximo, AVEVA/OSI PI, Aspen, PTC, Primavera, Prometheus, GE Predix, Bentley, NRX Asset Hub, etc.
• Functional experience with Asset Management Lifecycle, Turnaround Management, Work Planning and Execution, and Reliability Engineering.
• Programme and Project Management skills; ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical requirements and IT architecture.
• Excellent written and spoken Business English communication skills.
