Accenture Poland invites applications for the Industry X – PLM Analyst/Consultant (GN) role.

THE WORK
- Lead Engineering and R&D Transformation Programs to drive innovation and process enablement for our clients.
- Curate PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering Master Data Management and Digital Twin assets and execute go‑to‑market strategies.
- Enable transformation in R&D using PLM capabilities, creating business processes for design, BOM management, specification management, engineering change, product research, simulations, prototyping and testing.
- Advise clients on AI strategy, harness Gen AI and Agentic AI, manage end‑to‑end AI delivery and translate business needs into successful products.
EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in PLM, BOM, ALM, Master Data Management and Digital Twin/Thread space.
- In‑depth understanding of Product Data Management and ability to drive product journey through PLM roadmap, process design, value realization and maturity assessment.
- Experience in Master/Material Data Management and data migration tools meeting client needs.
- Expertise in PLM, Process Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Data Governance, Digital Transformations and shaping end‑to‑end engineering transformations with technologies such as Dassault, Siemens, SAP PLM.
