Industry X – Digital Manufacturing Manager (GN)

Accenture Poland is looking for a seasoned professional to lead the Digital Manufacturing capabilities within the Polish node of our Global Network. This role combines strategy, consulting, and hands‑on delivery to drive digital transformation for manufacturing clients across Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of Digital Manufacturing capabilities in the Polish node of the Capability Network, managing the team and reporting to leadership.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert in Digital Manufacturing Strategy & Excellence, Energy Management, MES/MOM implementation, and establishing Remote Operations Centers.
• Perform project‑management activities: track project budgets, deliverables, resources, manage vendor relationships, mitigate risks, and handle change requests.
• Drive business development by building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients; identify opportunities and contribute to proposal creation and submission.

Work flexibility

Work is largely remote, but requires occasional travel to client locations across Europe and other regions, and in‑person collaboration with clients, peers, and leaders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry and consulting experience in CG&S / Chemicals / Lifesciences.
• Engineering background with an MBA preferred.
• Practical experience with Industrial IoT, connected assets, cloud solutions, production data analytics, and automation.
• Experience implementing Siemens, Dassault, and Rockwell MES platforms.
• Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, energy consumption management, production planning, scheduling, and MES/MOM systems.
• Strong project and program management skills; ability to plan, coordinate multiple projects and deliver on time and on budget.
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical requirements and architecture.
• Excellent sales and client‑relations skills.
• People‑management experience; supervising and managing an Accenture team and project members.
