THE WORK

  • Working closely with client business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide optimal solutions in aftersales, warranty and spare parts management processes.
  • Development, optimization and reshaping of aftermarket service operations, focusing on warranty optimisation, spare parts optimisation (including parts pricing & inventory) and supply chain management, and bridging business processes with technology (e.g. SAP, business intelligence tools).
  • Leading technology platform solutioning, implementation and enhancement projects, including planning, design, fit/gap analysis, build and configuration, testing, cutover and other deployment activities.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other ERP modules.
  • Master Data Management and Governance focused on asset maintenance operations, MRO supply chain, quality assurance and warehouse management.

We are delivering our work mostly remotely but will often work closely with clients in their offices. Willingness and ability to travel to client locations across Europe and occasionally elsewhere is required. Some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and relationship building will also be necessary. As an employer we will be flexible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Experience working in aftermarket service operations, including warranty optimisation, spare parts optimisation (pricing, inventory) and supply chain management, preferably in industrial or automotive sectors.
  • Strong experience with SAP SD/CS or related modules (at least Key User) and deep knowledge of business processes with a focus on aftersales, especially warranty and spare parts management.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
  • Project Management skills and proficiency in analysing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and IT architecture.
  • Experience in project management activities such as planning, deliverables development, execution monitoring, stakeholder relationship management, risk mitigation and change request management.
  • Change Management experience reviewing existing processes, defining future state processes, developing training materials and delivering training sessions to business users.
  • Excellent business English communication skills (written & spoken). Knowledge of German or French is appreciated.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases, and to communicate insights to others.
  • Experience in developing analytics models to drive cost‑to‑serve optimisation in service operations, and an understanding of manufacturing processes is well received.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired.
