Decathlon production Poland has been locally created at the beginning of 2018 to build and manage an industrial network of polish suppliers with the aim to satisfy more & more of our European users. In 2021, we started producing bicycles together with our partner.
In order to support the development of our activity in Poland, we are looking for a new candidate, sports - the best bike lover, to join the team of quality and product development engineers in the bike industry who will guarantee the correct industrialization of final products, with a good and stable quality level in production.
INDUSTRIALISATION & QUALITY ENGINEER - BIKES/PLASTICS INDUSTRY

,[Guarantee the industrialization of new products to ensure the most stable mass production; , Lead suppliers relationship on projects management, industrialization & quality toward targets, driving them to their autonomy and better performances; , Carry out and perform production control plans and ensuring the quality system stability on supplier through control on the field; , Lead the quality, environmental, toxicology assessments and a consequence action plan to build a road map to reach sustainable performances. , Lead the continuous improvement of the process and quality to boost productivity performances.
