Obowiązki

• Supporting Process Industrialization Quality (PIQ) within your scope
• Performing DpU/External Demerit analysis to lead efficient Line Quality Animation with cross-functional industrial teams
• Supporting decisions for all Hand Overs (GO/NOGO) while maintaining NO GO veto rights when necessary
• Participating in Criticality Matrix analysis and contributing to Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)
• Leading FAR (First Article Review) and participating in FMR (First Manufacturing Review) / SMR (Serial Manufacturing Review)
• Ensuring availability of Car History Books and compliance of manufactured products before shipping
• Managing Internal NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC)
• Managing Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection)
• Performing Workstation Audits and follow-ups.

Wymagania

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Experience or understanding of quality assurance in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, QRQC)
• Familiarity with process improvement tools and techniques
• A certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
