We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Industrial Project Engineer to lead industrialization activities across all phases of our manufacturing projects. If you have experience in process planning, equipment launch, and cross-functional collaboration – we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Define industrialization activities and validate project objectives, budget, and schedule
- Plan processes and CAPEX with project managers
- Analyze customer specifications and ensure manufacturability
- Lead GPS, AMDEC, and prototype testing
- Organize equipment launch and oversee safety, ergonomics, and cycle time
- Manage project changes and facilitate extended team collaboration
- Report monthly KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in industrial project management and production processes
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, FMECA, DFM/A) and basic financials
- Fluent in English and proficient in project management tools
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Proactive, well-organized, and open-minded
