What you will be doing:

• Providing insight and analysis across the end-to-end supply chain for domestic, intra-Europe, and inter-regional shipments to help identify service & process improvements.
• Analyzing and assessing data to provide relevant insights for service & process communication, service forums, and service council.
• Applying an operational, network, and customer lens to support continuous improvement in service.
• Providing end-to-end service insights by working with teams across Europe in Operations and P&E to drive service improvement actions.
• Adopting and utilizing existing and new tools for insight and service analysis.
• Applying a PSP and Purple Promise approach to improve service for our customers.

What do you bring with you:

• Operational knowledge of the package lifecycle.
• Data analysis and visualization skills.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Knowledge of European Operations, Service Insight & Dashboard reporting.
• Critical thinking and a customer-first mindset.
• A continuous improvement approach that is action-oriented.
• Drive and determination to enhance service for FedEx and our customers.
• Collaborative approach to working with operational and P&E partners across Europe.
