The Industrial Engineer position is based in our C-Power Business Group in Lublin, Poland.

Responsibilities include:

1. Defining industrial breakdowns and planning in coordination with project stakeholders; validating budgets and schedules; monitoring industrial milestones.
2. Analyzing customer specifications and proposing compliant production processes.
3. Leading Process FMEA, risk assessments, validation plans, and manufacturability studies; overseeing equipment specification, supplier selection, and prototype testing.
4. Coordinating the launch of production equipment and ensuring Run@Rate readiness.
5. Organizing transfer to plant representatives and supporting ramp-up activities.
6. Documenting and leading industrial lessons learned.
7. Leading the extended industrial team (plants, purchasing, quality, logistics).
8. Ensuring resource planning and project mobilization.
9. Reporting, tracking risks, actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

1. University degree in engineering or industrial management.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or industrialization.
3. Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards.
4. Proven experience in process development, validation, and equipment launch.
5. Fluent English (B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
6. Hands-on experience with Process FMEA, ergonomics, safety standards, and customer-specific requirements.
7. Excellent communication, project planning, and problem-solving skills.
8. Willingness to travel to production sites and suppliers (~30%).
