The Industrial Engineer position is based in our C-Power Business Group in Lublin, Poland.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining industrial breakdowns and planning in coordination with project stakeholders; validating budgets and schedules; monitoring industrial milestones.
- Analyzing customer specifications and proposing compliant production processes.
- Leading Process FMEA, risk assessments, validation plans, and manufacturability studies; overseeing equipment specification, supplier selection, and prototype testing.
- Coordinating the launch of production equipment and ensuring Run@Rate readiness.
- Organizing transfer to plant representatives and supporting ramp-up activities.
- Documenting and leading industrial lessons learned.
- Leading the extended industrial team (plants, purchasing, quality, logistics).
- Ensuring resource planning and project mobilization.
- Reporting, tracking risks, actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering or industrial management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or industrialization.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards.
- Proven experience in process development, validation, and equipment launch.
- Fluent English (B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Process FMEA, ergonomics, safety standards, and customer-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication, project planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to production sites and suppliers (~30%).
