Industrial Engineer – Planning & Engineering

What you will be doing:
As an Industrial Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping operational excellence across multiple locations. You’ll drive strategic initiatives, optimize resources, and support cross-functional teams with your technical expertise.
- Perform a variety of engineering responsibilities across multiple operational locations, identifying and initiating improvements to support local goals.
- Provide technical expertise and continuous support to cross-functional project teams.
- Use modelling tools to convert volumes and assumptions into accurate resource and productivity plans.
- Set operational targets and apply established methods and best practices to model existing operations.
- Act as a local subject matter expert, contributing to the development of strategic plans for specific locations or areas.
- Communicate new plans to local management, ensuring clarity and implementation support.
What you bring with you:
- Degree or professional qualification in Industrial Engineering or a quantitative discipline.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Creative mindset with a strong ability to identify improvement opportunities.
- Proven experience in solving operational business challenges and presenting scenarios to management.
- Ability to translate technical information and model outputs into clear, user-friendly formats.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g. Excel, Word, MS Project, Power BI) to create simulations and visualise business needs.
Additional qualifications:
- Solid understanding of business environments and how strategy translates into operational solutions.
- Experience in developing engineering elements of business plans for specific locations.
- Ability to work effectively across different cultures and nationalities.
- Strong analytical skills and financial awareness.
- Experience in conducting audits of processes and procedures.
- Results-oriented, flexible, and willing to travel as needed.
