• Representing the Production department in matters related to production administration
• Participating in the implementation and overseeing of production administration processes and systems
• Supporting production teams in matters related to production administration
• Supporting production teams in optimizing and maintaining appropriate costs
• Supporting production teams in billing production employees work time
• Preparing and monitoring reports and KPIs to ensure performance tracking
• Managing database administration to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Managing and assuming full supervision of tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of resilience, adaptability, and leadership

Wymagania

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Management, or a related field
• Experience or understanding of production processes and administration systems
• Knowledge of database management and reporting tools
• Familiarity with production KPIs and cost optimization strategies
• Strong communication skills or a certification in project management
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, ERP systems, or other production management software
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic production environment
• Commitment to continuous improvement through participation in programs like KAIZEN, 5S, WPW, or APSYS
