Industrial Automation Engineer (IT/OT & DCS)
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring the availability and the connectivity of OT ( systems with the OT infrastructures (control systems and connectivity, including firewalls and network structure),
- Organizing the OT services, among them DCS for production, Scada/MVS, remote connection systems, alarming systems, back-up systems,
- Supporting sites in execution of maintenance,
- Supporting sites in applying the maintenance strategy,
- Supporting sites in efficiency projects,
- Leading retrofit and extension projects and supporting larger projects with expertise,
- Supporting troubleshooting, repair and root cause analysis of equipment in the plants over the whole life cycle.
Our requirements
- Completed engineering studies in automation engineering (instrumentation and control systems) or comparable,
- At least 3 years experience in the chemical, process or oil & gas-industry,
- Good knowledge of DCS system Yokogawa, Siemens and/or FoxBoro,
- Good knowledge of industrial communication protocols (MODBUS, OPC),
- Professional at least 3 years experience in maintenance or (partial) project management in the field of Control & Instrumentation, IT/OT,
- Experience in the field of Functional Safety (IEC61508/IEC61511) would be beneficial,
- Experience in the field of Cyber Security would be beneficial,
- Very good written and spoken English plus Polish,
- Car driving license and willingness to travel on business trips,
- Experienced in the use of common PC applications,
- Strong initiative, diplomatic skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness.
