Your Key Responsibilities
- Obtaining proofs for intra-community shipments of goods from customers, freight forwarders, or other related parties
- Assigning proofs to deliveries in SAP
- Controlling the completeness of proofs for intra-community shipments of goods as well as for export supplies, and initiating the dunning procedure
- Controlling the completeness of master data records and completing master data in alignment with the competent sales department
- Conducting required preparations prior to the submission of Intrastat declarations
- Reviewing incorrect data entries and taking actions for error correction
- Reporting repetitive errors to allow for error prevention
- Maintaining and monitoring Intrastat related master data in SAP-GTS
- Identifying opportunities to improve daily processes and to increase working efficiency
- Creating and updating process documentation and working procedures
- Supporting the Indirect Tax team with Intrastat related analyses and projects
Your Qualifications
- Completed studies in International Business or a related field with equivalent courses or lectures in International Trade / International Finance
- 1-2 years of experience in international business
- Good IT system skills (SAP-ERP, Microsoft Office)
- SAP-GTS skills are advantageous
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (min. B2)
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2)
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
