You’ll work closely with tax managers, finance teams and external advisers to ensure accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement.* Prepare and submit indirect tax returns using our VAT compliance tool* Support audits and voluntary disclosures, coordinating with internal teams and external providers* Monitor automated data downloads from ERP systems and assist in digital transformation initiatives* Perform sample checks of AP invoices and reconcile indirect tax data across EMEA* Participate in dummy VAT audits and contribute to governance and process enhancementsSuccess in this role means being proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative. You’ll bring regional VAT experience and a passion for process improvement, along with strong communication and governance awareness.* 1–2 years of experience in a regional in-house VAT role and at least 4 years of relevant professional experience* Practical indirect tax experience in one or more EMEA countries* Fluency in English (Spanish, Italian or French is a plus)* Strong organisational skills and a proactive, resilient mindset* Experience with SAP and working in international environments is a plus* Ability to manage relationships with external tax advisers and offshore finance centres***You.
