Indirect Tax Senior Analyst

Your responsibilities
- Supporting projects led by Global Indirect Tax team by providing the high-quality data analysis and interpretation
- Supporting maintenance indirect tax systems and processes to secure the correct determination of ITX treatment for relevant business transactions
- Performing Indirect Tax Controls for securing proper execution of indirect tax compliance processes and systems
- Performing data and system analysis to identify the potential inconsistencies in indirect tax treatment
- Cooperation with Head of Indirect Tax, Indirect Tax Leads and other stakeholders within and outside Global Tax team in the business partnering formula
- Streamlining indirect tax processes leveraging automation and AI capabilities to ensure process effectiveness and enhance employee experience
- Monitoring indirect tax law changes to determine impact to the business operations and implement required changes
Our requirements
- Proficiency in indirect taxes:
- Strong knowledge of the international indirect tax law,
- Understanding of accounting principles
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in indirect taxes, including tax compliance
- Practical knowledge of SAP and data processing and analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft 365)
- Business proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills and drive for process improvement
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills
Optional
- Academic background in law, accounting or finance
- Experience in Tax Technology area (including implementation projects)
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA and MS Power Suite Apps or similar
- Accounting knowledge
- Additional language would be beneficial

The Indirect Tax Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the companys Indirect Tax function by managing systems and processes essential for compliance with regulatory requirements and adapting to the rapidly changing indirect tax environment. The role requires a deep understanding of indirect tax regulations, analytics and technology tools, and data analytics.will be responsible for providing high quality data analysis to ensure the correct functioning of systems and processes involved in determination of indirect taxes to business transactions. This role will additionally support tax and business transformation initiatives, including projects related to implementation real time reporting and e-invoicing.
