About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Specialist to join our team on a fixed‑term basis. This role is critical in managing procurement activities across multiple indirect categories, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and strong supplier relationships. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver value through strategic sourcing and category management.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage assigned indirect categories such as Soft FM (Security, Cleaning), Staff Equipment & PPE, and Security Tagging
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Prepare and run RFI/RFP processes, including data collection, scope definition, and supplier evaluation
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company standards and governance
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure performance and service quality
  • Monitor supplier KPIs and address issues proactively
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Assess and mitigate risks related to supply continuity and compliance
  • Partner with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Facilities) to align procurement strategies with organizational goals
  • Support stakeholders in understanding procurement processes and policies
  • Prepare reports on category performance, savings, and market trends
  • Use data‑driven insights to inform sourcing decisions

What experience you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in Indirect Procurement or related sourcing roles
  • Strong knowledge of tendering processes and contract management
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems is a plus
  • French language skills would be an advantage
