Sending RFQ, negotitate with suppliers T&C for low value orders
PO creation, PO follow-up, Order Processing, order confirmation management
Administration, filling and tracking of Agreements, Contracts and POs
Identify opportunities for frame agreements, bundling and savings and implement associated initiatives
requirements-expected :
Bachelor degree
5+ years indirect purchasing experience in global organization
Experience in heavy industry, Oil&Gas or Petrochemical will be an advantage
Fluent in spoken and wiritten English (German or French will be an asset)
Knowledge of SAP P2P
Structured approach and an independent performance - oriented way of working
Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem - solving skills
Ability to think out of the box
Availability to work from the office in Kraków minimum 2 days every week
