Our Client, an international production company, is now looking for an Independent Accountant for Polish entities, with knowledge of Polish GAAP and English language skills.

The displayed salary ranges are based on Devires Salary Report for 2025 and may vary from the role and scope of duties.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting or Economic background
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or accounting for polish entities
  (experience in manufacturing entity is preferable)
• Extensive accounting knowledge and understanding of end-to-end processes
• Very good English (B2/C1)
• Excellent communication an organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Accountable for legal reporting for Polish manufacturing company
• Ensure compliance from a legal and corporate governance perspective
• Responsible for coordinating the external audit of the legal entities
• Coordinating month-end/year-end closing and reporting
• Close cooperation with Finance Manager of the legal entity
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement
• Responsible for statutory reporting (Financial Statements, NBP, Statistical
  reporting)
• Participation in projects driven by the Group or implemented due to legal
  requirements
