Your duties will include

• Preparing reports required by law and submitting them to Statistics Poland (GUS)
• Ensuring compliance with Client Agreements
• Collaborating on opinions regarding Client Contracts and scope of services
• Providing comprehensive financial feedback to clients promptly
• Inspecting data accuracy
• Reviewing accounting documents for correctness, VAT deduction, and classification of purchases as tax-deductible expenses
• Preparing and submitting INTRASTAT declarations
• Preparing/verifying tax declarations
• Creating monthly and annual managerial reports for clients and GUS
• Preparing periodic reports according to the Accounting Act
• Developing bookkeeping policies for clients

Our requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Comarch Optima
• Good understanding of tax regulations (CIT, VAT) and the Accounting Act
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills and impeccable manners
