Obowiązki

• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP) and internal policies.
• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with revenue recognition and contract accounting in accordance with relevant standards, including ASC 606.
• Participate in audit preparation, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency.

Wymagania

• At least 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger functions, and financial reporting.
• Experience in working with ERP systems, such as NetSuite, is a plus.
• Background in subscription-based businesses or the real estate sector is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English is required; Polish language skills are a bonus.
