- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience on a similar position in an international organization, previous experience as Independent Accountant/Senior GL Accountant,
- Master’s degree in accounting or economics,
- Experience in financial statements preparation or in SSC/BPO sector,
- Accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish,
- Advanced analytical skills (Excel),
- Familiarity with ERP accounting software (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics),
- Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently,
- Self-motivated individual, detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Experience in work with SSC/BPO/GBS sector, is highly desirable.
