Responsibilities
- Act as expert in equity, diversity, and inclusion, driving progress, and contributing to other areas as needed.
- Deliver on prioritised projects and initiatives from design and planning to implementation and tracking, ensuring delivery on schedule with quality and within budget.
- Use data and insights to solve challenges effectively and help define and track impact measures to ensure our organisation can understand the impact.
- Engage effectively with multiple stakeholders and ensure ongoing connection into the business to ensure maximum relevance and impact of the work.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion, and wish to develop a broad understanding of the culture and talent agenda.
- Strong project management skills so you can lead complex projects effectively.
- Solid data and analytics skills to help us measure and track outcomes of our work.
- Global mindset and strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build effective working relationships and liaise with a broad range of stakeholders.
