Your responsibilities Incident Identification: Quickly identify and classify incidents, such as technical outages, security breaches, natural disasters, or other disruptions that may impact the organization. Response Planning: Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to ensure a structured and effective response to different types of incidents. Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for all incident-related activities and ensure proper communication and collaboration among relevant teams and stakeholders. Resource Allocation: Allocate necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology, to support incident response efforts. Incident Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, including timelines, actions taken, and outcomes, for post-incident analysis and reporting. Communication: Manage communication with internal teams, senior management, external agencies, and other stakeholders to provide updates, gather information, and manage expectations. Resolution Oversight: Monitor the progress of incident resolution efforts, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner and according to the established procedures. Quality Assurance: Ensure that incident response actions are consistent with best practices and standards, and continuously improve incident management processes. Post-Incident Review: Conduct post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement. Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to employees and team members to enhance their incident response capabilities and readiness. Our requirements Bachelors degree in a relevant field (such as IT, business continuity, or emergency management). Proven experience in incident management or a related role. Strong understanding of incident response frameworks, such as ITIL, NIST, or ISO 27001. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with incident management software and tools.
