Incident Manager EMEA

Your tasks

  • Monitor the incident channel for issues raised by technical teams
  • Participate in the coordination of serious incidents and lead stakeholder communication
  • Own post‑incident follow‑ups and complete technical documentation to maintain problem management standards
  • Help ensure service stability on production, working with development, infrastructure and other teams to fix ongoing or known issues; support continuous improvement of service
  • Report to the business on information regarding service stability and ongoing issues, patching, and evergreening
  • Maintain effective control of the end‑to‑end application and service (Dev, UAT, Production, Contingency)
  • Plan service requirements (Evergreening, capacity upgrades), assist with new initiatives, and regularly communicate benefits, risks and performance to the Business (Product owners)
  • Maintain documentation and secure IT procedures are followed for any project and ongoing BAU activity

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English; experience writing service outage/incident communications to senior stakeholders
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Service Management, Infrastructure, Software support or Project Management, Production Support role
  • ITIL knowledge or equivalent
  • Intensely driven, proactive, and delivery‑focused
  • Residing in Poland required

Nice to have

  • Hands‑on experience in the software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of cloud‑based infrastructure (ideally AWS)
  • Familiarity with all components of an enterprise IT architecture and processes
