Summary
The main function of the Incident Manager is to coordinate incident response and ensure operational stability within the organization. This role is essential for maintaining communication with stakeholders and driving incident resolution effectively.
Responsibilities
- Act as incident coordinator.
- Contribute to effective Incident Management processes.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, including:
- Internal area/train communication
- Communication with source systems for data quality
- Communication with systems consuming data
- Engage stakeholders for quick restoration and operational stability.
- Ensure incidents are prioritized by Product Managers and Owners through impact assessment.
- Facilitate transparent incident and problem reporting.
- Drive activities for efficient problem resolution through root cause analysis.
- Manage incident and problem task-forces as needed.
- Follow up on problems to secure permanent fixes.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in driving incidents and problem task-forces.
- Experience in IT Operations (IT or Business side).
- ITIL foundation and practical experience.
- Proven stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond to changes.
- Experience in preparing reports and documentation.
- Dependable and willing to provide feedback.
- Well-structured approach to processes.
- Knowledge of Financial Crime Prevention (preferred).
- Professional level of written and verbal communication in English.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SAFe framework or Agile methodologies.
