Incident Management Analyst

Our client is a Japanese company that has been a leader in the technology market for over 85 years. They started by producing office equipment, now they offer both digital and IT services. Currently, to the team in Warsaw office, we are looking for an Incident Management Analyst (Excel).

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating the tickets coming from clients (mostly problems with devices); 
• Managing ageing tickets and drive to closure to ensure tickets meet SLA;
• Escalating risks and issues to the Regional Service Delivery Managers;
• Supporting incident management reporting (KPIs and customer SLAs);
• On-boarding new employees by ensuring engineers have access to the required tools and documentation.
• Support Regional Service Delivery Managers as and when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience on the similar position, minimum a year of Change/Incident/Problem Management
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI would be a big asset.
• Great analytical skills
• Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization
• Ability to speak English B2/C1
• Openness to shift work (8am - 8pm)
