Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ordering raw materials and parts
- Managing supplier development and cooperation
- Maintaining raw material and parts stock
- Process development and optimization to secure best practice across functional areas and plants
As you will work cross-culturally, it is a must that you have high proficiency in English, both orally and written. At the same time, you can work independently and in a team, pay attention to detail, and have a structured approach to solving problems.
Additionally, we are looking for a person with:
- Bachelor’s degree within logistics/supply chain management
- 3+ years of experience within Inbound Planning or a similar Supply Chain position
- Excellent skills in communication, organizing, analyzing, and negotiating
- A proactive and innovative mindset as well as a personal drive
- A structured and persistent way of working, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Respect for and understanding of the business needs
- Fluency in English, both orally and written
- Good IT skills in MS Office (Excel); experience with SAP R3 and Business Intelligence is an advantage
- Openness to work from the office in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (PL)
