Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ordering raw materials and parts
• Managing supplier development and cooperation
• Maintaining raw material and parts stock
• Process development and optimization to secure best practice across functional areas and plants

As you will work cross-culturally, it is a must that you have high proficiency in English, both orally and written. At the same time, you can work independently and in a team, pay attention to detail, and have a structured approach to solving problems.

Additionally, we are looking for a person with:

• Bachelor’s degree within logistics/supply chain management
• 3+ years of experience within Inbound Planning or a similar Supply Chain position
• Excellent skills in communication, organizing, analyzing, and negotiating
• A proactive and innovative mindset as well as a personal drive
• A structured and persistent way of working, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Respect for and understanding of the business needs
• Fluency in English, both orally and written
• Good IT skills in MS Office (Excel); experience with SAP R3 and Business Intelligence is an advantage
• Openness to work from the office in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (PL)
