Responsibilities:

• Create SAP inbound delivery notes for respective geographical scope or material supplier base
• Maintain SAP handling units, including purchased-material physical parameters
• Build good relationship with Hitachi Energy purchasing & logistics teams as well as direct-material suppliers
• Be curious, explore new possibilities, propose improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in Logistics/ Purchasing
• Experience in SAP or other ERP - Logistics/ Purchasing Modules
• Knowledge of Transport terminology & rules
• Knowledge of Incoterms
• Intermediate Desktop Computer Skills, including Microsoft Excel & Office
• Ability to maintain professional working relationship with internal & external stakeholders
