The people youll work with and projects youll impact:

As an In-house Lawyer in our Compliance team, your purpose will be to support our Marketing & Commercial area through participation in cross-border projects.

In this role you will:

• Act as a legal business partner for the Company’s stakeholders.
• Offer legal advice on daily business matters and growth initiatives.
• Prepare drafts of contracts and regulations related to the companys sale and marketing of services.
• Collaborate with in-house counsels, external advisors, and internal teams across jurisdictions.
• Provide legal guidance on cross-team projects.
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 5-7 years of post-graduate experience.
• Experience in a law firm, with expertise in contract law, e-commerce law, and marketing law.
• Excellent drafting skills for contracts, regulations, terms and conditions, and marketing/sales regulations.
• Experience advising independently on complex legal projects.
• Ability to coordinate cross-border projects.
• Fluency in English, with effective use of legal terminology.
• Availability to visit our Warsaw office once a month.
