Legal Support and In-House Counsel Role at Seargin

Responsibilities

1. Providing legal support to entities within the Seargin group as an in-house lawyer / legal counsel.
2. Preparing and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, and recommendations, participating in negotiations – in Polish and English.
3. Preparing templates of agreements and procedures for processing and reviewing agreements – in Polish and English.
4. Preparing corporate documents, applications, and official letters.
5. Supporting the sales, recruitment, and other business departments.
6. Providing internal legal consultations in areas such as IT contracts, labor law, commercial law, civil law, and intellectual property law.
7. Monitoring changes in regulations and legal acts affecting the supported companies.
8. Drafting internal legal acts, regulations, procedures, and policies.
9. Translating contract provisions into Polish and English independently.

Requirements

1. Qualified lawyer, trainee advocate, or legal counsel.
2. Experience in a similar role, either in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer.
3. Knowledge of civil, commercial, and labor law.
4. Experience in M&A and financial law is a plus; basic knowledge of tax law is welcome.
5. Fluent in English (minimum B2) with legal terminology proficiency.
6. Ability to work in a team, manage time, set priorities, and make decisions independently.
