In-house lawyer (Corporate & Commercial)

As an In-house Lawyer in our Compliance team your purpose will be to support our Corporate & Commercial area, through participation in cross-border projects.
In this role you will:
- Act as a legal business partner for the Companys stakeholders
- Offer legal advice on day-to-day business matters and growth initiatives
- Prepare drafts of contracts and regulations, particularly related to the companys sale and marketing of services
- Cooperate with in-house counsels, external advisors and internal teams across various jurisdictions
- Provide advice on various legal issues within the cross-team projects
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned
Requirements: Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role youre going to need: - A minimum of 3-5 years of post-graduate experience
- Previous experience in the law firm with proven expertise in contract law, e-commerce law, and marketing law
- Excellent drafting skills encompassing contracts, regulations, and terms and conditions, marketing and sales promotional regulations and similar documents
- Practical experience in independent advisory on complex legal projects
- Ability to coordinate cross-border projects
- Fluency in English, with the ability to effectively use legal terminology
- Availability to visit our Warsaw office (1 per month)

- On a daily basis this is a fully remote position as we take pride in being a globally distributed team. To stay connected, the Legal/Compliance team meets up once a month in our Warsaw office
