What we expect
- Master’s degree in Law and admission as a qualified lawyer in at least one European jurisdiction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as in-house counsel or in private practice, working with both common and civil law systems.
- Expertise in corporate law, incorporations, restructurings, and post-transaction integration.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, global organization.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, as required.

Your tasks
- Developing and implementing corporate functional initiatives such as establishments, restructurings, and liquidations in an international setting.
- Providing legal counsel and support on corporate, financing, restructuring, and post-transaction integration matters.
- Acting as the legal representative for corporate governance and restructuring workstreams.
- Identifying and addressing legal risks with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure legal compliance and efficient processes.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts related to procurement (e.g., infrastructure, software licenses, logistics) and intra-company services.
- Workung independently in a fast-paced, international environment, meeting deadlines and managing priorities effectively.
