What we expect

  • Master’s degree in Law and admission as a qualified lawyer in at least one European jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as in-house counsel or in private practice, working with both common and civil law systems.
  • Expertise in corporate law, incorporations, restructurings, and post-transaction integration.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, global organization.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, as required.

Your tasks

  • Developing and implementing corporate functional initiatives such as establishments, restructurings, and liquidations in an international setting.
  • Providing legal counsel and support on corporate, financing, restructuring, and post-transaction integration matters.
  • Acting as the legal representative for corporate governance and restructuring workstreams.
  • Identifying and addressing legal risks with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure legal compliance and efficient processes.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts related to procurement (e.g., infrastructure, software licenses, logistics) and intra-company services.
  • Workung independently in a fast-paced, international environment, meeting deadlines and managing priorities effectively.
