Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of legal activities, ensuring compliance and providing expert legal guidance across various functions of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Document Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a variety of legal documents in English to ensure compliance and protect the companys interests.
- Legal Opinions: Provide well‑researched legal opinions and memos to support decision‑making processes.
- Debt Collection: Manage and execute debt collection processes effectively.
- Litigation Management: Oversee litigation matters, representing the company’s interests in legal proceedings.
- Corporate Legal Matters: Address legal issues related to corporate governance, compliance, and transactions.
- Employment Law: Handle employment‑related legal matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Communication with Management: Liaise with senior management and report to the legal department at headquarters to provide updates and insights.
- Legal Translation: Simplify complex legal topics into concise, easy‑to‑understand analyses and recommendations for non‑legal stakeholders.
- External Legal Support: Select, manage, and supervise external legal counsel to ensure high‑quality support while maintaining cost‑efficiency.
- Court Representation: Represent the company independently in court when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate law or litigation.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and practices.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
