Job Description :

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant responsible for planning, estimating, and configuring clinical software solutions that support our clients critical studies.As part of our global delivery team, youll play a key role in implementing the clinical study software that our customers, such as AstraZeneca, rely on. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in innovative projects and work within a high-performing, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full software configuration process from start to finish.Determine and document configuration and integration requirements.Analyze business needs and technical requirements.Set deadlines, provide accurate estimates, and ensure timely delivery.Coordinate with development and QA teams on dependencies for releases.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Create, review, and commit configurations in line with project goals.Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.Ensure the requirements team meets all deadlines for asset delivery.Remove any blockers impacting the configuration timeline.Report on configuration status to the Program Manager/Implementation Lead.Maintain source code using version control tools with appropriate branching and merging strategies.

Profile / Requirements :

Proven experience with version control systems and processes.Proficiency in JSON, XML, and TypeScript.Understanding of software development and integration processes.Experience with Git, NPM/Yarn.Ability to independently define and manage requirements.Experience with QA and DevOps processes.Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio/Xcode, Postman, JIRA, Service Desk.Experience working in an Agile environment.Experience with Azure pipelines.Prior experience in integrating software with medical devices.Must have a valid EU work permit and be located in Poland.LocationHybrid role based in Warsaw (2-3 days per week in-office).Language RequirementsFluent English is essential.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation: Attractive salary, health benefits, and a pre-paid card.Work-Life Balance: Flexible working options, including hybrid and remote work.Inclusive Culture: A diverse and collaborative work environment where all contributions are valued.Innovation & Tools: Access to the latest technology and continuous learning opportunities.
