We are currently looking for an Implementation Support Specialist to join us at our facility in Łódź.

The Axalta Implementation Support Specialist plays a key role in managing the Customer Experience on a day-to-day basis. This position involves working in tandem with sales operations, customers, and distribution partners to facilitate seamless access to the Customer Experience application. Candidates should possess robust technical abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively across various teams.

This person will join a newly created team supporting an ambitious and exciting implementation process. This is a global role and it is instrumental for the success of the new digital customer platform.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 support to sales operations, customers, and distribution partners.
  • Oversee the onboarding of users and accounts.
  • Engage closely with regional sales teams and distributors/importers to foster new platform adoption and effective use.
  • Generate and deliver basic reports and analyses.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Or equivalent experience.
  • Good understanding and practice of Digital tools, software and ecosystem.
  • Digital savvy.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
  • Project management abilities are advantageous.
  • Competency in digital analytics and data analysis.
  • An understanding of business fundamentals and operational processes.
  • Proficiency in English language (written and spoken) is mandatory. A second EU language preferred.
  • Level 1 support experience and/or customer service/sales background desirable.
