Your tasks
- developing in depth knowledge of the WFM system and of the 4 x EMEA country blueprints
- completing all the user acceptance training and other implementation trainings
- dealing with User Acceptance Testing for the 4 EMEA country blueprints including identifying issues and liaising with EMEA HR/Payroll and ADP to resolve
- supporting data integration activities across the system change program (for EMEA)
- developing plan for user training in EMEA
- involvement in user training and user support during roll-out and embedding use of systems.
- be the point of contact for employees during system roll-out (bridge between workforce and HR Payroll EMEA)
