Take ownership of deploying, integrating, and maintaining company products in client environments.
This role combines hands-on implementation, technical problem-solving, customer collaboration, and participation in process improvements.

responsibilities :

Install and configure company solutions across client environments (SIT, UAT, PROD).
Ensure smooth integration aligned with project requirements and the Statement of Work.
Handle technical escalations, investigate issues, and provide solutions or workarounds.
Perform Root Cause Analysis in collaboration with development teams.
Work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and client IT teams during deployments and validation phases.
Ensure effective communication and seamless handover of delivered solutions.
Support CI/CD automation, deployment scripts, and environment setup.
Participate in improving internal tools, processes, and delivery workflows.
Create and update installation guides, runbooks, and troubleshooting materials.
Collect client feedback, and help identify improvement opportunities.
Provide support during critical incidents (Severity 1) outside standard working hours when needed.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar) and basic Kubernetes operations.
Strong Linux skills.
Working knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
Ability to automate tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Solid troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and data layers.
Familiarity with Jira for tracking tasks and reporting progress.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent English for customer-facing communication.
Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
