Archdesk is a next-generation ERP platform for construction companies delivered in a SaaS model.We’re powering some of the most ambitious construction projects across the UK, Europe, and the UAE from global players to innovative subcontractors helping them transform the way they work.We’re on the lookout for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of business analysis, implementation, and configuration of the system, empowering customer success strategy, solving problems, and ensuring that our clients get maximum value from Archdesk. About the Role

As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring customers unlock the full potential of Archdesk. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring and implementing software to match customer needs

  • Analysing customer data for quality and readiness

  • Delivering training sessions to help clients adopt custom setups

  • Driving customer success by solving problems and supporting outcomes

  • Monitoring accounts to maintain high customer satisfaction

  • Handling technical queries during implementation

  • Collaborating with our Product & Tech Teams to align customer needs with our roadmap

  • Supporting internal process improvements within the Implementation Team
